A: Yes… and no. No you cannot browse videos on the remote, you can only browse music. But yes, you can connect the HomeDock Music Remote to your stereo and TV using any iPod AV Cable. You can then control video playback (like Play/Pause, Fast Forward and Rewind) with the remote.

Q: Can I use a HomeDock Music Remote with powered or portable speakers?
A: Yes you can – and this makes a very cool compact iPod stereo setup. Just connect the Output of the Music Remote dock to the Input of the speakers. You can then browse and control your iPod and its volume from up to 150 feet away.
